Born in the Supernatural
Tab Life Centre is situated right next to the beautiful Sirhowy river. The first church to be built on this site was errected with stones taken from the river around the time that the welsh healling evangelists George and Stephen Jeffries visited the area.
Many people were healed and came to be radical followers of Jesus and consequently found themselves forced to leave their local churches (who didn’t believe in divine healing) and so the church was built.
Many years later this church had difficulties and was about to be sold to become a carpet/furniture warehouse, however a young man, Paul Mercy, and some other young people who had held evangelistic open airs in the area with great success bought the building and planted a new church. This too experienced much supernatural activity with healings, salvation, tongues, prophecy, deliverance, words of wisdom, words of knowledge and supernatural manifestation such as heavenly lights appearing during preaching time.
At the present moment Tab Life Centre as it is now called is benefiting from its foundations in the supernatural flow of God. A wild, radical, passionate (descriptions given by others) congregation, is again living out their inheritance and moving forward into everything God has for them.
